Return & Refund

Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. 

We do not do refunds but we will do exchanges or returns for store credit (conditions apply).

Please intimate us within 2 days of receiving the product for returns. 

The cost for exchanges will be borne by the client which include shipping costs to us and back to the client. Store credit will be issued after the shipping costs both ways have been removed. 

Exchange and Store credit is available for one time only.

Made to measure orders can't be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Alterations can be done if required (in which case shipping costs will be borne by the client)

For customers ordering from overseas, Un-cuffed Clothing will not be liable for any customs or duties charged for delivery.

In the event the package is returned to us, we are not liable to re-ship it unless domestic/international shipping is paid again.

Any packages returned to us for non payment of import duties by the customer cannot be cancelled and a refund will not be issued.
